Sometimes we have to sweat for our networking.
Such was the case at last week’s Hard Hat Happy Hour, which was presented by Sands Anderson and brought a crowd of nearly 200 to Midlothian Depot, the nearly completed Whole Foods-anchored retail and residential development near Chesterfield Towne Center.
Developers SJC out of Atlanta and D.C.-based H&R Retail were on hand to discuss the long-awaited project and its mix of restaurants, retailers, townhouses and Chesterfield’s first Whole Foods. The store’s opening date is slated for the coming weeks.
